Karen is a successful business woman and charismatic leader, with a good strategic appreciation; vision and proven track record of delivery having had her own businesses since the age of 19.
Originally starting out working in sales for a number of well-known companies Karen moved on to work with Public Sector organisations developing a reputation for being a ‘fixer’ with an impressive track record as an enabler of ambitious organisational development programmes. This work has seen her lead the creation of multi-million pound statutory NHS organisations as well as working alongside existing organisations to bring about sustainable change through engaging staff in the implementation of bespoke practical systems and processes.
Karen’s passion is enabling organisations and individuals to capitalise on their strengths. In 2014 Karen began to use her knowledge and expertise to work directly with individuals and small businesses, developing a series of products and coaching programmes.

Mostly she is clear, incisive and cuts through people's confusion helping them to focus: helping them to know where and how to begin; to hone in on and monetise their existing assets; enabling them to get started on creating and achieving their business goals.
